Order on backorder or keep trying the store??

I've been calling AT&T and Apple everyday with no luck....tried the 10pm online order for next day....today the AT&T store told me that delivery has been about 7-10 days even though it says 21 days....
Should I just order and be done with it or keep trying? Anyone had luck with the 10pm ordering for next day pick up?
Want either the 16 or 32 Black AT&T...

At this point, I would just order online. I wouldn't want to keep wasting my time checking the stores every day.

I would just go ahead and order one and hope that it arrives early.

That's what I'm thinking....
Does anyone know if AT&T or Apple would be quicker, or if it matters?

I currently have the 16GB iPhone 4 and when I updated to iOs6 I had to remove some apps to free up space....I should probably go with the 32GB this time, right?

Depends where you live. The apple store closest to me seems to keep a constant supply on hand
