Order online or keep checking for pickup

I want to buy the Jet Black 7plus 256gb, online apple store order shows 6-8 weeks to deliver. I keep checking istocknow.com but in my area, the jet black 256 only is showing for Verizon and I am on ATT. Should I just order online and wait or will there be a better change to get one from the store in the next few weeks?

Would buying from ATT store be any better?

Istocknow now isn't always accurate. I would suggest to keep checking apple.com for in store pick up availability.

This. Last Monday, apple.com showed the sim-free Plus models being available for pick up on some apple stores. While istocknow showed none. (means it was never updated).

FYI, you can buy the Verizon and use it on AT&T if you pay in full. Go get it!
