So I ordered my 12.9 Pro on 2nd Nov and it’s been in processing ever since (on those occasions the store actually works). Is this normal cos I must admit to feeling annoyed now. They are not accepting chats and I can’t find an email address. The phone number is a horrible bot.

Should I just cancel and go with John Lewis instead?
