Just checked my order status with my order number after not receiving an email for sometime now, and I got this message:

"ACTION REQUIRED!

We are unable to obtain an authorization for the credit card you provided."

but it also says "Login with your Apple ID to make changes to your order."...but the problem is I did a Guest Order and Have no Apple ID to Log-in to...

You think if I contact Apple Customer Support at 1-800-676-2775 first thing in the morning....I will be able to swicth my payment method to another Credit Card and still have it delivered by June 24th since that was my expected delivery date...and being they dont charge the card until the phone ships out, so I should be able to call and switch payments right??
 
Are you a authorized user on your AT&T account? That could be it.
 
Same problem here. I was so excited thinking I had got through but never received email nor was credit card charged. Don't know what happened. Have to cal CC company tomorrow & find out.

I wonder if it gets straightened out tomorrow, will I still get my order on the 24th like they said? I don't know if the phone is being held until that problem is fixed, or do they release it and I have a new ship date. If so, I may say frget it and try my luck with my Apple reservation.

Same thing happened to me before. I corrected it by changing the credit card and it kept the same ship date.

So I contacted Apple Customer Support at 1-800-676-2775 first thing this morning around 9:30AM EST after I checked my order Satus last night and received an "Action Required" Notice. My first credit card didn't go through....Low balance I guess even though it semi-went through with a confirmation number and all...

After calling this morning however I was allowed to switch to one other credit card of mine and BOOM! it went through and I still get my iPhone 4 delivered on June 24th ain't that nice?

Paid one day late and still get an iPhone 4 before those July 2nd people who missed the first batch of APPLE & AT&T Pre-Orders and those campers of the 24th YESSSSS! Thank GOD!!

Mine changed to July 2 for no reason. I asked the CS guy and he said it had absolutely nothing to do with the payment problem. My order still shows me as ordering on the 15th (even though he changed order payment options this morning). I have no idea what to do.

EDIT: Nevermind! It shows my dock as being shipped on July 2. Phone is still being delivered by the 24th!
