Order status has been down for 5 hrs

My order status has been down for ~ 5 hours. (I'm in US, Austin)

My fleeting hope - this was due to mass update to "preparing for shipment" status. Alas, no such luck. I do realize that wouldn not require 5 hours .

It's actually been down for quite a bit longer. I think it's been like this for around 12 hours now. Although if you check through the Apple Store app on your phone it works.

It was down for me this morning when I checked, but seems to be working okay now.
