Hi,
I ordered an extra WSB 42mm on 5/11/15 and originally got a 3-4 week shipping estimate. That quickly dropped to a 1-2 week estimate or 5/22 - 6/1. On 5/19/15 Apple charged me for the band and the order moved to Preparing for Shipment. However, today it regressed back to Processing.
I chatted with an CSR and this is what they said
"I am seeing that all is well with your order. I do apologize for that changes in status. Since we have until the 1st of June, there is still time for your Watch band to get to you. Id definitely hold on until the 1st. If you havent received it after the 1st, Id recommend chatting back with so that we can look into it for you.
As of right now, I am seeing that your card was charged on the 19th, so I am quite sure that the warehouse will get this out to you by the 1st."
I just find it odd that the order status regressed. I guess the inventory they were going to ship to me got diverted to the stores
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
