i'm just curious. who's still trying to order. i know i am.

I got mine in after trying for 3 hours at an ATT store. I am beginning to think I am extremely lucky though.

Every attempt seems to get closer. Got as far as name and address confirmation in the AT&T checkout then bang... Closest so far!

what a joke!

and Apple thinks At&T can handle the data needs generated by NEW customers when they cant take care of Upgrading their existing customers? Sorry, IMO, existing customers should be serviced first. NOT the other way around, we already own Apple Products and are with ATT, we have shown our loyalty why didn’t we get to pre order first?

SUCCESS!!

After trying for 6 hours, at 1:34 PM EST I finally managed to get one pre-ordered.

Good luck everyone.

I ordered 3 via an old-school method

I have a business account with ATT and the on-line experience was awful due to volume overload so... I called ATT and in 5 minutes I got a rep and within 10 minutes my phones were ordered (all black and all 32 Gb).

ATT, you surprised me!

:D:cool::apple:

And I just got my order confirmation email!

This is redonkulous
I don't know why I keep trying but I do.
I am going on like 6 hours now at least.

Keep on keepin' on. I was doing that too. Error after error after error for hours and then it randomly just worked. It's still accepting orders so you still have a chance

I'm not through yet but I'm getting further every time and it seems like apple changed the way that the ordering page works... Now it gives the waiting screen instead of just booting you out.

I can get through the AT&T store pretty easily, but it is making me choose a new data plan and won't include my unlimietd data plan (which it states I have again after taking it away this morning). How annoying.

Walked into an AT&T store here in Dallas and got it done over lunch with no problems at all.

I was in meetings all morning and didn't even try online. I knew I was running errands over lunch today and figured I'd just drop by the store. I'm glad I didn't check here first or I may not have even bothered to go in.
