iPad mini Ordered an rMini from Apple. Question about shipping.

I ordered my rMini a few days ago from apple and I've been checking my tracking (attached below) and it's been back and forth between China and Germany a few times and somehow ended up in Dubai.. I live in Northern Ireland. Has anyone ever seen shipping like this before or have any explanation for it?

The tracking information probably went into the UPS site late.

That's what I was thinking. It updated at 2:45am to say it's at Castle Donnington in England. So it's getting closer to my front door step lol
