Ordered at Verizon, able to trade in and back?

I see and hear a lot about people returning and/or exchanging their Pluses for a 6 due to bendgate. Is there a way to do this (or to trade in for more storage, 16gb is not enough) for a phone if you purchased it online at Verizon at a Verizon Store? I've looked and I can't find any solid answers anywhere. I know it's really easy to do it through Apple, but I'm curious to know what it's like for other carriers.

You should be able to go into a verizon store and just return/exchange it, though you may have eat a restocking fee.
