Ordered BTO on launch day, still not shipped. Normal? :(

I ordered a New 15" Macbook Pro Hi Res Qwerty (normal here is azerty) late in the evening on launch day, and whilst it said that it should ship in "1 - 3 business days", it still hasn't shipped. I ordered the 24th at 8PM local time. The expected delivery date is still the original:
Verwachte verzenddatum: 1-3 werkdagen
Verwachte leverdatum: 02 Maa, 2011 - 07 Maa, 2011

Anybody else in Belgium or anywhere else in the same situation?

Okey I called them. After insisting for some time, he told me it was indeed abnormal for an order to take this long. He said he was going to send an urgent email inquiring about the order, and that I would be offered some form of compensation for the extra delay (he mentioned a sleeve).
