Will be here tomorrow overnight shipping from MacMall. iPhone kicks me out so can't type long.

Nice!! Make sure you get some protection for it! Wouldn't want to drop it or dent that pretty aluminum!

i'd recommend an incase. i need to get one of those. i'm getting some belt buckle rash on the bottom :(

Yea. I'll be definitely going to look for cases for the new macbook. Any good recommended sites to get them? And the best one for the unibody?

I got my UMB 2.4 today, and I LOVE it. I had a iMac until about 4 months ago, so I've been w/out. Tried the Mac Mini, but went with the UMB instead, and I'm happy as can be.

Been updating the order status from MacMall and it's still "In Process" I did overnight shipping so it will be here tomorrow. :( Hopefully it willbe here tomorrow. What are your guys experience with MacMall shipping?

I don't have any experience with MacMall, but wanted to say congrats on your purchase! I just got mine yesterday and I love it!

Thank You everyone. The item is now shipped via FedEx. It is a big purchase and I hope to enjoy it. I will be my very first Mac Computer :) and definitely won't be my last as I am deciding to switch from PC. I do have a custom build gaming PC that I built myself so this MacBook won't be my main Computer just yet. But will be using it a lot :)

I have had great experience with Apple products and I am sure that I will have the same experience or even better with this MacBook.

I do have another concern. My iPhone is unlocked and I wonder if it will become bricked if I connect it to the Mac so I could sync my contacts to it. Anyone know? :)

If this one is your secondary computer, why don't you get a Macbook Air?

I'm a college student in a budget and I feel like the Air will not suffice my use for it. The lack of DVD Drive is what made my decision. Though it is portable, the MacBook is just as portable compared to the Air.

And of course, my main computer is a PC. You never know when that is going to fail. The MacBook would be a backup if thatdoes happen:)

Congratulations on the purchase. I also recently purchased a new unibody MacBook and I love it!

For cases I like the site ebags.com and the Skooba RoadWired

It is very light weight, nicely padded, and five color options and will fit your MacBook quite nicely with plenty of storage pockets.

Have fun!
