Ordering 2 iPhone X on separate Apple ID with Upgrade program

What is the best way to go about ordering 2 new phones on 2 different accounts that are enrolled in the Apple upgrade program. Im guessing I have to do them separate? Is there anyway to make it so I can order 2 at once onto the same card with one credit pull? Thanks
