Ordering 3GS on Bing cashback and getting my Premier service discount

Hello All,

Newbie here!! I am dying for the new 3GS IPHONE and found through forums that we can get 35% cashback for ordering an IPHONE through the Bing.com website, How do I apply my Premier service discount? Does anybody know if I am allowed to purchase normal and once I receive phone call AT&T (cringe) and have them change my service to Premiere?
