Ordering at Multiple Places

I put my name on the Apple store "Priority List" and I also ordered one from the AT&T store. At the AT&T store I placed an actual order, swiped my CC, the whole nine yards. What would happen if my phone came in to the Apple store first and I tried to cancel my yet unshipped order from AT&T? Has anyone tried this?

i had an order on line at apple, and launch day picked one up at the 5th avenue store. I just cancelled the apple order yesterday no problem.

ATT will not allow your device line to have 2 iphones registered to it, so whichever comes first will be the one you get and the other will get cancelled one way or another. I would just call after you get one and cancel the other to be sure.
