I'm going to be buying my first Mac this week and I want to have one custom built. I can only pay with a tellers check or cash. If I pay by a tellers check I have to wait for the check to be sent and then I have to wait for the shipping. My question is can I just walk in to the Apple store in the mall and have them order it and pay them cash?

I would imagine so. I ordered a BTO Mac in-store and paid with a credit card there at the register.
