Ordering from Atomic

I ordered an Atomic Hybrid for my VZW iPhone earlier in the week, and it states on their website that they ship the same day if ordered before 2PM...well I'm 3 days past that and my order still says that its processing. My order details state that I cannot change my order because my items have either shipped or are at the last stage of processing. Is this normal? How long does it normally take for items to ship from their store? I was really hoping that it would ship soon after ordering so it would arrive sometime early next week.

Took mine about 1 week to get to me... But I live in hawaii.. You should get yours within 3-5 days max. maybe email them if you dont get a confirmation by saturday atomicescalations@gmail.com
