Ordering iMac Online Vs. Instore

Hi folks, I’m looking to get the 27" iMac as soon as it comes out. Is it best to order online or at an Apple store? Or is it even possible to order online and pick it up at an apple store? Which is the fastest, safest, and quickest way to get my hands on this baby?

I just don’t like the idea of some pleb throwing a 3k computer about in the back of his delivery lorry.

Also does the 14 day return policy begin from when you receive the iMac, or when you order it??

It's basically a beefed up laptop on a stand, so transport shouldn't be an issue for the new iMac!

I know that what I was telling the OP he is worrie about a shipping service throwing his computer around. I was simply telling him that it will get tossed around long before it gets to his local shipping service
