Ordering iPhone and Activating?

If we order the iPhone from Apple, online, how will we go about activating it? Will the new prices still apply or will they charge more until it is activated - I'm not sure how they would go about getting the money to every user in an efficient manner.

That's the thing, you cannot order online from Apple. Only in-store at ATT or Apple- activated in-store too.
