Ordering MacBook over the phone in the UK

I'm going to be buying a MacBook soon and being at college I'll want to take advantage of the educational discount I can receive; only problem is I'll have to order over the phone in order to get the educational discount, which isn't a problem although I'll want to be able to track my order so I'll be at home in time for when the parcel arrives. I'm just wondering whether you get a tracking ID from the customer representative when you order over the phone? Because as far as I'm aware you get a tracking ID when you order direct from the Apple website.

I'm guessing that the education store has the same processes as the business store, so I'd expect the tracking number to be in the email that you'll receive when Apple knows when its going to ship.
