Ordering new imac - aperture 3 preinstalled or app store?

Getting ready to order an new imac soon and was wondering about whether to order the apterture 3 and iwork preinstalled or get them from the app store later. I noticed that there is a big $ difference on aperture 3 and less on the components of iwork but could save over $100 by getting them later. Is there any advantage to preinstalled vs app store?

I have wondered why the very great difference in price for aperture 3 from preinstalled vs app store and, also wondered if it was the same program or if app store version is a slimmed down version? The iworks components are only a little less in the app store and it makes some sense that the preinstalled would cost a little more as someone has to preinstall it but the aperture 3 is more than double the cost preinstalled vs app store. Does anyone know if the app store versions are exactly the same as preinstalled versions?
