Okay, my final rev. iBook which I brought last year came with iLife 05. Ok, now first off, I'm not doing this to "scam" Apple but for convenience. If I call Apple and order a replacement restore DVD, will it come with iLife 06 like the iBooks shipping now do? Basiclly will I get the same DVD for current iBooks with iLife 06? Once again, sure I'll save about ~$50 since the restore DVD only costs about $20 but it is far more convenient for when I restore my computer to have iLife 06 to boot.

Even if the CDs come with iLife 06, you still won't have a licence for it and therefore won't be allowed to use it.
By the way, that would be "scamming" Apple even if it did work. Not paying for something you're getting.. basically stealing.
