Ordering next iPhone at&t or Apple

I plan to order the next iPhone next month via AT&T website but via premier will I get it on launch date and to order from AT&T can I just loging via the regular AT&T page then pick the line I want to upgrade then it should take me to AT&T primer right or should I just order it directly from Apple via AT&T next ?

I would recommend Apple as you are guaranteed to receive your phone on launch day.

In years past, I 'pre-ordered' through AT&T and weeks had passed and still no phone. I had to demand that they cancel the fake pre-order (it took 2 weeks until they allowed me to cancel-I called EVERY day). I then walked into an Apple Store and walked out with a phone.
