I just ordered the Apple TV 4K and I had to wait on the phone with the guy for 5 minutes because "the website is down" - do they not have an internal system for ordering, or do they literally just order things on the website FOR people? That seems crazy lol. He seemed like a nice guy, it wasn't an awkward call, just seems weird that they wouldn't have internal software to bypass any of that.

(Note, I only called because I put all my small purchases on my store credit card and they have to put me through to financing.)

I think they use a different ordering system then what the public has access to. I don't know that it's any quicker, but their ordering inquiry is set up differently from my understanding.
