I'm trying to organise my outlook 2011. I want main folders, for the past 5 years,
then I want sub-directory folders, which have my categories in there, or organised by folder names; I don't mind which.
When I create a new folder, it creates an untitled folder. Don't know where the new 'untitled folder' is created. And when the new folder is created, all categories are in the new 'untitled folder'.
So where are the untitled folders created?;
How can I remove categories from certain year folders?;
