Hi. Thanks for earlier reply.
Could I ask you another question Regarding Folders in Documents, Been trying to move one or two from the bottom to the top but failed. Is there a way to overcome this Please.ps Is there a way to change folders from blue to any other colour.
Would it be a good or bad thing to leave the MacBook connected to the main power supply,Or just use the mains to keep battery charged up.
Many Thanks once again.David.

For charging the battery, the choice is yours.
Plug in when you need to charge - or if you don't need to be too portable, just leave it plugged in to mains.
The battery will charge, until fully charged, then the charger simply provides power (the battery can't over-charge, so no harm in leaving the charger attached.)
The battery doesn't care much, either way.

You are trying to sort files in folders. Are you in list view (with all files and folders in a list, or in icon view, or columns, or even in "cover flow"?
If you are in list view, you can click on the header line at the top of the list (name, date, kind, etc), and the files will re-sort, depending on which part of the header you click. The list will reverse each time you click on the same part of the header line.

You can manually drag / sort sub-folders within Documents into whatever order you like in icon view.
If they then look a little out of alignment (and you've left none highlighted) you can right-click and then click 'Clean up'. This should straighten things up. Obviously, 'Clean up by...' and choosing an option there will likely rearrange the icons again. You can also click 'Show View Options' to adjust the order, size and spacing by default - though there's no 'custom' order option there, so 'None' is the best for what you may want to do.

Nothing there about changing the colour of the folders, but if you do a Google, you'll find several written and video tutorials for doing just that. Sounds more complicated than it actually appears that it is. Essentially adjusting a copy of the folder image within Preview, and then placing the tweaked folder back into the Info portion of the folder.
