i wish there was a page simulator in itunes where you could organize your apps exactly the way you want them to appear in your iphone

i hate having to always hold down on the ap till it wiggles so i can move it around. being able to do this in itunes would be so great

It's a OS software issue - i'd imagine they're noticing it, and i'd imagine it'd take a little while to code to get sorted - to actually specify a space for each specific icon on each page would be a database directory that would in a way complicate the UI. I'd agree with wanting it though - I think some peple myself included try and position their icons in a certain place, on a certain page, or usability and productivity.

Is there a way to alphabetize the apps in my itouch?

If not is there a way to move some apps from one page to another?

I deleted some apps and now some pages only show12, 13, or 14 apps.

Only way to organize in alphabetical order is to do it manually.

Once you hold down one of the icons and have them 'wiggling' you can hold down an icon and simply pull it all the way over to the edge of a page and it will move to the next page. So, moving icons from page to page is quite simple.
