Organize notifications by application

in iOS 9 and earlier you could organize notifications by application or time but currently I can't find the option to organize notifications by application, I can only organize them by time received. Is there a way to orginize them by application or alternatively is there a way to dismiss all the notifications from a single app on the notification screen without launching the application?
