Organized notes app, for college students?

Hey guys.

For those of us who want to use the iPad to take notes in our classes, what app do you recommend for notes?

It MUST be able to have different folders, organized by class/subject. For example, I just select "Business" tab for my Business class and it shows all my notes from there, or I choose "English" tab for my English notes, etc. etc.

The stock "Notes" app included with iPad is obviously lacking in this area.

Any suggestions? THANKS GUYS I appreciate it SO much.
