I'd like to build a digital Rolodex of business contacts basically. I use Apple's Contacts for all of my personal contacts, I like that I can enter the data and have it synced to my Macs instantly via iCloud. However I don't want to litter my Contacts app with even more people that I maybe meet once and get their card and may not ever have a relationship with. I'd also like to be able to take a pic of a business card and have that data auto populate a contact at least somewhat well.

So what I'm looking for is one of two things:
- A separate app for iOS and Mac that syncs automatically via iCloud, doesn't pollute my already messy contacts app, that I can tag people in "Editor" "Producer" "DIT". Does such a thing exist?
- Or does someone have an approach for the contacts app that keeps it from getting overloaded? I know I can do groups in contacts but that doesn't seem to be scratching the itch, everything has to be done manually, no pictures of biz cards, I primarily search using All Contacts so it still would get messy, but I'm open to something I haven't thought of.

I think maybe what I'm looking for may be called a CRM, I looked at Salesforce and that's way beyond what I'm trying to do, so looking for ideas.
