I've started using Note Taker HD as my primary notetaking app. In conjunction with Goodreader, I've got my bases covered for annotating PDFs and taking notes etc.

The only problem I have is how do you organize the notes? I want to be able to have a "notebook" for my Lab book, for my course notes and for maybe any "miscellaneous" notes I want to jot down.

I know PenUltimate can do that but I don't want to buy a separate app just for that. Anyone know a way to do that?

e.g notebook for bio, notebook for physics, notebook for chem, etc. etc.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)

I haven't used NThd in a while but IIRC it uses the idea of multi page notes as a pseudo notebook.

the only way to "organize" in note taker hd is, at least to my knowledge, by stapling pages. There are no folders or anything. Basically you just have a lot of pages in 1 document rather than say a file with many documents.

While nthd is a really good note taking app. it's not very aesthetic. if you have to have note pad style type. I might suggest upad, noteshelf. for folder type, try notes plus

Agreed, as functional as Note Taker HD is it definitely has a Unix X11 look to it.
