iPod touch organizing videos on my touch?

I was wondering if there is a way I could organize
My videos in folders like that of my photos. Ex all movies
Together and DVD series together?
Appreciate any feedback regarding this

In iTunes, make sure the videos are tagged properly. If the movies are correctly marked as being movies, and the TV shows are marked as being TV shows and the show name is entered consistently, they'll be automatically sorted into their own groups when they are transfered to the Touch.
