iOS Orientation - picture orientate not as expected

Hi guys,

I have an image, created plainly out of coding and the other image by interface builder.

The one from interface builder has an option of Autosizing in the Interface Builder. By altering it, it helps as when iPhone is being orientated, the image is not out of place.

But for the image i had created out of programming codes, I have no idea how to do that. There don't seem to have a function related to Autosizing...

Anyone could help?
