I have three Mirror door G4 macs (Dual 1.25) I am stripping and selling.

They Currently have 10.3.9 Panther installed. I want erase the drive and to go back to the original factory build on the DVD that came with the G4's (10.2.3).

I'm getting a kernal panic in the boot process with the factory Install/restore DVD. Tried everything I could think of (including erasing the disc in firewire target mode),

Any Ideas?

Take out any after market RAM if it is installed. Even if it takes it down to only 128 or less, since bad RAM has caused problems with Jaguar installs.
