Hello, I'm just wondering what AC adapter was originally included with the iPhone 2G. Was it the 12, 10, or 5 watt? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure? I'm 99% sure that a bigger charger was included with the 2g. I think it was either the 10 or the 12.

They made a 5w charger that looks like the current 10 & 12w ipad charger. I accidentally purchased one and couldn't figure out why my ipad was discharging during use.

The compact charger that ships with iPhones now originally shipped with the iPhone 3G. The original iPhone shipped with a bigger brick that is the dimensions of the current iPad brick, however it only does 5W.

Thanks so much to everyone. And sorry to applevinci for challenging your response. I just wanted to be sure!
