I'm experiencing a problem with smart playlists. Every time I delete them from Music on my Mac (just to be clear, I mean former iTunes) they reappear in the app when I open it again.

The playlists also aren't deleting from the iPhone sync menu, although my other playlists update in almost real-time if I change anything about them.

The 'offending' playlists are 90's music, music videos, my top rated, recently added and played, and top 25 most played. Some of them are empty but they still reappear/won't delete.

I think you should be able to delete them as I've seen threads asking how to remake them, so does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Finally, this might be coincidental but I thought it was worth pointing out, that when I joined Apple Music and synced my library duplicates of all those playlists were made. I've since deleted them and they have stayed deleted. And I've also cancelled Apple Music as I wasn't using it much and hate the UI but that's for another time!
