OS 10.0.3 not recognising iMovie 10.0.8

iMovie not working.
I have OS: 10.10.3 (14D136)
When I open iMovie is says i have iMovie 10.0.3. but I have downloaded the new version and in my software updates list in Ap store it says I have 10.0.8.

Any ideas appreciated.

I have no idea what is wrong, but I was drawn to this because of a typo in the title where you seemed to claim to be using OS X 10.0.
