OS 10.5 - Menu bar issue...pls help

Fellas,
I recently switched from windows xp to imac 24". Mac is wonderful interface,...,however I don't like the way of its menu bar.
in windows each application has its own menu bar , but in mac only one menubar active?!!
Does anyone have any solution how to make each mac apps having its own menu bar?

It is not possible. There is only the one menu bar.

You should give yourself some time to get used to the OS. It's not Windows and never will be. I may be wrong, but I think you will find that you like it much better once you are accustomed to it.
