OS 10.6 Automator/Services: created a service but it does not show in Finder/Services

I created a new service for displaying my local weather. I followed the MacBreak Video to do this: http://tinyurl.com/kutqux
It works perfectly when I click on "Run" within Automator. My my new service shows up in the System Preferences/Keyboard Shortcuts/Services and I was able to give it a Keyboard Shortcut. However, it does not show up in any menu,ie, Finder/Services.
Has anybody had similar problems or know how to fix this? I am including a screenshot of the workflow.

Looks like you got further than I did on this. I do not seem to be able to find the services icon to pick. I have upgraded to V10.6 but the automator seems to be V2.0.4 How did you upgrade automator?
