So, in some screenshots you can see the PUSH config menu is gone from its current location. It begs the questions....

a) why? - perhaps email push is migrating to the new push infrastructure?
b) did it move somewhere else, and if so where?

I know, the email PUSH has been less than stellar for me. Cuts my battery in half and sometimes doesn't even work (with exchange). Maybe they are re-architecting it?

It's in your individual Mail accounts' fetch settings.

ouch - so there is no global override?
e.g. I set my exchange to PUSH, but often override the global to 15 mins to save battery.

It kills your battery life because the term "push" is misleading.
 
They just moved it from the main settings page to the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars page. It's the same view. It's in the table view below the account list. This setting is not per-account.
