Hello,

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to Mac. How do I start the print queue in OS 9? When I try to print, it says "print queue stopped".

Any help is appreciated.

Often times you'll have an icon on the desktop for the printer that you use... double clicking on that icon should bring up the queue.

And when I open the queue there should be a "start" or a sideways triangle (play) to start it up top, correct? I'm actually helping someone else remotely so i can't really see their screen. Pardon my "newbness", hehe.

Yes, the play button is how you start it again.

There may also be items stuck in the queue, you can get rid of them by selecting each and hitting the trash button.

Attached is about what the other person is seeing.

Cool, thanks RacerX. I was expecting to get flamed for my simpleton questions, but i got an honest answer instead. So rare on message boards these days. Thanks again, peace!
