Classic is not an emulator. Classic is MacOS 9, a PPC-based OS, running on PPC hardware under the control of MacOS X.
 
Classic is Dead, Use OSX and deal with it!

I think he wants the full OS9 environment not just classic.
I would like to know how to run classic aswell, but the only way I can think of to do that is to use MacOnMac or SheepShaver. But MacOnMac does not support 10.4 and Sheepshaver only supports OS 9.0.4.
