OS notification linen style background - royalty free?

Hi all,

looking for a background similar to iOS notifications center or OSXs linen styled background to use for a website.

Is it royalty free?

This website will not be made to generate any revenue, no ads and will hardly have any traffic.

Can anyone advice if it is ok to use that wallpaper as a background?

If not can anyone help out where to get a wallpapers that are free?

I'm not sure if that is royalty free or not, but you can always create your own version, just to be on the safe side. If you own Pixelmator, here's a tutorial for just such a thing:

If you use a different image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, etc...) the same basic process would probably still apply.

that way, you can create your own version and not have to worry.
