OS X 10.10.3 Photos Zoomed Out not working

It's not working the zoomed out feature in photos when I'm in the year section. It supposed to zoomed out pictures when you are hovering them. Anyone else with this problem? or I need to turn something on? Running Macbook Pro 15 Retina mid 2014
 
Same thing here no zooming on pics when hovering them.... If i click and old on one of them it will zoom but that's nit how its supposed to work.
