After installing 10.10.3 beta my macbook pro mid 2012 laptop started playing up with extended logon delays, beach balling all the time, it was almost unusable. i ran through the available updates and for some reason i keep seeing the 10.10 developer preview updates available. After a little searching I realised that the version of OS X that is installed is 14A361c - the developer Preview version, which would be why i'm seeing the updates in the App store. As I have been experiencing problems i thought i'd rebuild the laptop anyway, installing the full release.

On rebuild from the recovery partition, after formatting the SDD using disk utility, the version installed is now 14A343f, still a developer preview, and not the official release. I'm in the process of downloading the full release from the App Store and i'm going to complete a fresh install from a USB stick. (i have both versions available in the App Store, the official release and the DP)

It seems my iCloud logon is configured to pull down the DP from the App store, not the official release.

What version of OS X are you running and if you are in the DP program and completed a rebuild since October, have you found any strange problems like this?
