Every time I leave my MacBook Pro plugged in overnight or for an extended period of time, my computer restarts and prompts me for my password even though I have that security turned off, and the whole screen is somewhat blurred over, with weird colors and pixels. Before I turned that security off it would re-prompt me to enter the password, however it would not let me type or move my cursor and go into sleep mode until the cursor and keyboard were working again. Anyone have this issue, especially with Yosemite? Or any idea of why it is happening?

A couple of suggestions to try. First try repairing permissions. If that does not work, try creating a new user and see if the issue happens in the new user account. Also, boot to safe mode and see if the issue happens in safe mode.
