OS X 10.13.4 - Photos and contacts are not syncing

Anyone experiences the same issues? my photos are totally not syncing after upgrading to 13.4 2 weeks ago. Besides, my screen will always freeze everytime the mac got locked automatically after few minutes of idling

After you first checked if your details are the same on your devices, and after you backed up what you have on your Mac, log out of your iCloud account. If asked to save what's on your computer you can choose to either delete or keep them. Be aware that your Keychain may be part of your iCloud account if you configured it that way. So back-up before you choose delete!

I had similar issues in the past and got 'double everything' after I choose 'keep' once. It took me a a while to get rid of all the double entries, so I always choose delete.

Restart your computer (not necessary I think; but maybe better ;-) Then log into your iCloud again. Wait till syncing is complete.
