OS X 10.4.5 and MySql

Anybody had problems with the new 10.4.5 update and mysql? Once I restarted, all my local mysql databases were gone. Now I can only see the "information_schema", "mysql", and "test" databases on my localhost.

Anybody know what happened? Maybe how to get them back?
