Anyone have any issues with upgrading to the 10.4.8? I just upgraded my ibook and I just wanted to make sure I didn't goof by doing it. I got the little update notice and since I was at work with fast wireless connection speed, I did it.

No problems with 10.4.8 for me. Everyone gets different results from updates. I've never had any problems with any updates, but there always seems to be people complaining about how whatever update ruined their computer.
Notta problemo here, been using it since about an hour after it was released 
But then again, I have never had any of the problems with updates, OS or otherwise (back to 9.0.4), that some others seem to. Maybe my mac is blessed or something

statistically there are more problems with 4 8 than 4 7, but if anyone remembers 10 2 8 vs. 10 2 9, these problems are minimal. my guess, apple is going to throw a bunch of problems into the final release of an os so you HAVE to upgrade.
