OS X 10.7 Lion - Mac7,1?

I have an Mac7,1 (C2D 2.4GHz, 2GB RAM, 1TB HD and a ATI RadeonHD2600 256MB card.

I was wondering how Lion will perform on my machine? Currently I am running 10.6.7 and it is working perfectly, not slow at all. Will Lion slow my iMac down?

It shouldn't, I run it on my Macbook Pro with C2D 2.4Ghz fine. The only issue you may run into is your low amount of RAM (by today's standards). If you wish, 8GB RAM kits (2x 4Gb) run about $80. Though that's if you use a lot of applications at the same time.
