OS X 10.9.6 spotted in the wild

I know it is not really possible and with high likelihood it is just a "bug" in the hitup.org software, but nonetheless, there seems to be a user (the third one) with OS X 10.9.6

There's another person with 10.9.6... I would find it weird to have it updated now, but I think some system did receive some updates even after other major OS were released.

Again, this is trivial to fake by editing /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist. There's no 10.9.6 update.
